What is Myofascial Therapy?
Myofascial Therapy is a deep tissue technique meant to reduce tension in both the muscle (myo-) and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding every muscle). It is a highly effective technique, causing muscle tissue to literally melt, so that you feel less tension, less pain and more range of motion.
What is Neuromuscular Therapy?
Neuromuscular Therapy is a deep tissue technique in which points of tension are isolated and pressure is applied until the tension is released. It can be intense, but the results can be worth a bit of discomfort. Due to the intensity of the technique, I encourage feedback so that I can always work within your comfort zone.
